IILM offers PGDM (Postgraduate Degree in Management) is a 2 year programme. The programme’s pedagogical approach to management education combines theory with practice. The course is spread over eight trimesters. The core programme (Term 1-4) focuses on an integrated curriculum that helps the students to learn the basics of management and understand business in a broad context. IILM offers specialization in all functional areas of management like Marketing, Finance, Human resource Management, Operations and Information Technology.
Curriculum of the programme also includes highly participative and interactive case studies, simulations and exercises, individual/group presentations, role plays, live projects, lectures along with seminars and inputs from distinguished speakers from academia and industry. Team teaching and use of contemporary examples help students to develop both fundamental business skills and the ability to draw connections and develop creative solutions.

Infrastructure / Teaching Facilities
The world-class infrastructure created on the Institute’s campus provides an ambience conducive to stimulating learning. The architecture, the classrooms, the library, the computing facilities, research all blend to provide a holistic learning environment.
The campus has air-conditioned lecture theatres with network connectivity to facilitate presentations. These aesthetically designed semi-circular classrooms are spacious, airy, well lit and echo- proof to facilitate the teaching-learning process. Special emphasis has been laid on acoustics. The institute has a state-of-art computing facility consisting of 107 PC nodes. All the systems are equipped with either Ubuntu Linux Operating Systems or Windows Operating System. Softwares like SPSS are available for students. Other specialized software like SAP is also available for 2nd year students who take Information Technology as specialization
